Every service is crafted with intentional balance, facial harmony, and long-term lash integrity in mind — created for clients who expect exceptional results. With over six years dedicated exclusively to advanced lash artistry, Acadia is recognized for retention-focused techniques, refined layering, and customized styling for mature, hooded, and complex eye shapes. Before founding Acadia™ Lashing, Acadia spent 15 years as a dental assistant, developing elite fine-motor precision, technical discipline, and an unwavering attention to detail. As a certified UV Lash Extensions Pro Stylist, Acadia offers one of the industry’s most advanced application systems — designed for superior retention, rapid curing, and a cleaner, more innovative lash experience. CANCELLATION POLICY
ACADIA™ APPOINTMENT POLICY UPDATE BUSINESS POLICY Appointments directly support my livelihood. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Honest communication is required. These policies establish non-negotiable standards for all bookings. CLIENT COMMUNICATION Honest communication is required. Misuse of scheduling policies or inaccurate information results in refusal of future booking. CARD ON FILE REQUIRED A valid card must be kept on file to book. Appointments are not secured without it. SAME-DAY / NO-SHOW POLICY Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the full service cost. REQUIRED FORMS All forms and waivers must be completed and signed prior to the appointment. Services are not performed without completed forms. BOOKING POLICY Appointments must be booked through the official booking link. Manually scheduled appointments remain subject to all policies. CANCELLATION POLICY 24–48 hour cancellations incur a 50% service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 100% of the full service cost. All fees are charged at the standard Acadia™ service rate. Unpaid balances must be resolved prior to booking. SERVICE PRICING All fees are based on full standard service rates. Full sets range $195–$295. Fills may exceed $145 depending on time and work required. Current pricing is reflected in the booking system. PAYMENT POLICY Full payment is due at the time of service. Any history of partial or missed payment requires full prepayment for all future appointments. CLIENT ACCOUNT POLICY After a second same-day cancellation or no-show, all future appointments require full prepayment at booking. Fees still apply. Three or more same-day cancellations or no-shows results in refusal of future booking. PROMOTIONAL / PREPAID APPOINTMENTS All promotional, prepaid, or gifted services, including complimentary services, are subject to the full cancellation policy. Missed or late-canceled appointments result in forfeiture and applicable charges. LATE ARRIVALS Late arrival results in a shortened service. If the service cannot be completed, the appointment is charged in full. CLIENT PREPARATION (CLEAN LASHES REQUIRED) Clients must arrive with clean lashes. Excess buildup results in a cleansing fee or service adjustment. SERVICE REFUSAL / SAFETY If a service cannot be performed due to contraindications, the appointment is canceled and charged in full. All cancellations, including illness or emergencies, remain subject to the cancellation policy. EMERGENCIES Emergency claims may require documentation.
